This interactive solution focus applications workshop delivers many practical day-to-day and strategic ways to create better outcomes for organisations. Bring a work issue you face and plan how to implement an SF application that makes things better right away. Learn to sell your SF application ideas, overcome resistance, and use it in areas like leadership and collaboration, planning, customer focus, performance reviews, etc. Assess your existing skill set and enhance it with your new SF toolbox, templates and tools. Plus, learn to set up an application, implement it and follow-through.
Alan Kay is a solution focused change consultant and facilitator. First trained at SFBT International in Toronto he has applied the SF model to all of his work and across a broad range of organisations; from banks to charities. Plus, functional areas; from production to IT. Alan’s former business career, including general management, has allowed him to effortlessly translate the SF model into meaningful and immediate applications with powerful outcomes. He has taught various aspects of SF at the University of Toronto and York University/SEEC.

TIMING
This masterclass starts at 10 a.m. on Thursday morning and at 9 a.m. on Friday morning. We finish at 5 p.m. on Friday.
VENUE
The Heerlijckyt is a beautiful chateau-ferme. It offers an excellent setting for optimal learning. The residential module includes overnight stay at the Heerlijckyt on Thursday evening. Check in at Wednesday evening is possible but should be arranged by the participant directly at the Heerlijckyt. Weg op Halen 2, 3450 Geetbets, Belgium.
