Solution Focus at Work 4

Four 2-day modules with four pioneers of the Solution Focused approach will make you familiar with this powerful model. Whether you are already familiar with the Solution Focus or you are new in the field, this training will allow you to skillfully apply the Solution Focus in your work. The Solution Focus will reveal a new way of looking at problems and goals, and will allow you to surf the waves of complexity and change.

Module 1 offers an introduction to the principles of Solution Focus
Module 2 focuses on Solution Focused Leadership and Cooperation
Module 3 deals with Solution Focused iFLOW and MAGIC
Module 4 looks at Solution Focused brief coaching
The Solution Focused Approach has proven to be a very powerful and successful approach to deal with complexity, problems and change. It is transforming coaching, consulting, management and leadership in organisations all over the world. The approach aims to discover “what works” in a given situation, simply and practically. The focus on what’s wanted, what’s going well and practical progress leads to a culture of collaboration and long lasting results.REGISTRATION OPTIONS

There are three options. You can register for:

1) separate modules (2 days)
2) the full programme including SF Insight Days (total of 11 days)
3) the full programme without SF Insight Days (8 days).

You will undoubtedly get the most out of this training if you sign up for the 4 modules with the 3 SF Insight Days. As part of a stimulating learning group you share your discoveries, discuss your personal learning and professional applications during the SF Insight Days. You will have the opportunity to work on a project that you choose from your professional context. This project will stimulate the transference of the Solution Focus to your work. The time you spend off-site will thus prove to be beneficial for your organisation!

For full programme registration:

• until 1 July 2012: full refund (- € 150,00 handling fee)
• until 15 August 2012: 50% refund

For separate module registration:

• until 1 month before the training: full refund (- € 150,00 handling fee)
• until 2 weeks before the training: 50% refund
